Here's a book that reveals a lot about business communication. It's an older book,  so doesn't cover the use of social media in business. It does, however give you a good insight on how to craft and present business messages from memos and letters through presentations and speaking engagements. It shows you how to write fund raising and sales letters as well as business plans, reports and proposals.
